Pintando Chiles are Chiles which are starting to ripen and turn colors.
These Chiles are streaked with red and orange blush and tend to be a bit sweeter that Green Chiles.
Brings a nice color to your Chile recipes.

Frozen Whole Flame Roasted Chiles, packaged in convenient 1lb. Freezer Zip-Lock Bags.
These Chiles are packed with the roasted peels intact to insure full flavor and to protect the meat of the Chile from any freezer burn.
Peels slide off relatively easy when thawed. NOTE: Removing the veins of the Chile will decrease it's heat. Seeds are heat-less but do provide vitamin D.
