Swift Selection & Dispatch
Every Monday, our Fresh Chile is meticulously handpicked and swiftly dispatched within 24 hours, reaching your doorstep by Friday or even sooner! Each pepper undergoes a careful selection process, ensuring that only the most exquisite specimens find their way to you. Choose from 5lbs, 10lbs, or 20lbs quantities, and for those who crave variety, opt for two different temperatures.
A Harvest of Delight
The harvest kicks off in the third week of August, extending over a delightful 7-8 weeks. You’ll have the chance to enjoy freshness from one of our 7 or 8 pickings. Prefer the vibrant green flavor? We’ll dispatch your Chile at the start of the harvest. For a delightful blend of PINTADO or Christmas Tree, featuring both red and green, your shipment takes place during the mid-harvest.
