100% pure RED CHILE

Red Chile flakes make the BEST Red Chile sauce.

Just place a packet of RED CHILE mix into a blender, add water to about an inch from the top and blend for 5 minutes.

Blend until all the Chile flakes are tiny and the sauce is smooth.

You can control the thickness by adding more or less water.

Simmer with your favorite spices and it's done.

Makes approximately a quart of RED CHILE sauce. (32oz)

An extra star

After looking at the website further, I see there are instructions on the back of the package pictured here on the website. The package I received does not have instructions on the back. This could of been a simple fix by customer service by returning my call and/or email. I still have no idea how to use my Adovada mix. I am giving this product an extra star for hidden instructions.

Just Add Water

The only instructions you will get with this product is to Just Add Water. I needed a little more guidance than this. I tried contacting New Mexican Connection through their website contact and calling on the phone. They did not reply either way. I am not happy with this product because I do not know how to use it.
