Fresh Pinto Beans - clean, and a quicker cook time

Fresh Pinto Beans - quicker and easier to cook. These fresh beans are clean, and a joy to eat. 5 lbs doesn’t last long around here.

On recent trip to Santa Fe purchased a 2 pound bag of Ness beans at a small grocery store

On recent trip to Santa Fe purchased a 2 pound bag of Ness beans at a small grocery store. They are so much better than what I can get at the stores in Texas. Cook faster and are softer than other brands.
Easy to purchase and fast delivery. Glad I can order online from New Mexico Connection!

I don’t know if it’s the climate or the soil

I don’t know if it’s the climate or the soil, but NM pinto beans are superior in flavor to any others. For many years I beat up and down 66 for chile season($5-$6.00) for a forty lb gunny sack full. Bring em back to the Ozarks roast and freeze a years worth. Loved the Espanolas. Few pounds of red too. Mamacitas selling tamales out of their kitchens. 10 cents, a quarter, then fifty cents for a taste of heaven. My grandma’s were some of the best! Miss having family there. Still cooking red and green tho. Thanks!
