A flavorful dish to bring to any meal! This dish is definitely cheesy and is filled with a piece of New Mexico of course, with our New Mexico Green Chiles. And it is super fast and easy to make.

This sounds so delicious, I’ve never thought to put NM Green Chile in rice. My dad and uncle would have loved it. Definitely going to try out this recipe. Love trying different kinds of ways to make rice.
