- Place the egg roll skins on a cutting board and lightly brush the edges with water.
- Add 1 ½ teaspoons of the cheese filling in the center of each egg roll skin.
- Fold into a triangle, brush the edges with water again, and press together.
- Dust with flour and deep fry hot oil until golden brown.
- Be sure to fry these quickly as the egg roll skins can dry out quickly if left sitting.

For Kelly.
Hey a wonton is the name of the little pillowy dumpling of goodness, while egg roll wrappers are the name of the ingredient. In truth they are the same product. One is obviously larger than the other. It appears that the recipe calls for egg roll wrappers, though wonton wrappers are probably what was used in the preparation of the wontons. Just found this recipe can’t wait to try these! Love your content, keep turning out amazing sounding recipes
Egg roll wraps are larger than won ton wrappers. So, which should we be using since both are mentioned in this recipe? Thanks – they do sound good.
