Red (Pintado) comes from Snake Ranch Farms in Lemitar, New Mexico, about 90 miles north of Hatch, where the Sichler family has farmed since 1872. Whole roasted chile, frozen in 16 oz bags, five bags to a 5 lb box.
Green comes from M.A. & Sons in Hatch, New Mexico. Roasted, peeled and chopped, frozen in a 5 lb bag, one bag to a box.
Both are flame roasted at the peak of the season and frozen right away, ready to go from the freezer straight into stew, enchiladas and rellenos. 10 lb orders ship as two 5 lb boxes.

Ships Monday through Wednesday in an insulated box with gel packs on UPS 2-Day Air. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday ship the following Monday. Frozen orders ship within the United States only and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
