It's cool and tangy up front from the buttermilk and dill, then the Hatch green chile shows up on the back end with that clean, grassy heat you can't fake. Real freeze dried green chile and green chile powder, both Certified Hatch. Dried cilantro and lemon crystals keep it bright.
Four ways to use it
Dip: Stir 2 Tbsp into 1 cup sour cream. Chill before serving.
Dressing: Whisk 2 Tbsp into ½ cup mayo and ½ cup milk. Refrigerate before use.
Everyday seasoning: Shake it on popcorn, pizza, wings, fries, eggs, or roasted vegetables.
Roasting: Coat chicken or vegetables, then bake until cooked through.
