I absolutely love Hatch, New Mexico Xhot red chili pods. I live in Texas and got giddy with excitement when I received my order of chili pods. I was absolutely impressed with the detail placed in the order. The chili pods were ready to use. I did not have to “Clean” them by removing the stems. This saved so much time and work. They were perfectly packaged in 1 lb bags. The chili is delicious and really spicy hot, just the way I like it. Thank you. I will be ordering again.
